It’s here! Our third album “The 100th Monkey.” 13 new tracks, take a listen on our music player page, and then order your own copy.

Why “The 100th Monkey” you may ask? Well, it relates to critical mass – like all of our album titles. You can find out more about the story of The 100th Monkey here….

We ran out of space on the back of the CD, and want to thank Joel and Jules Ackerson for putting up with our weekly invasion of the studio, Tony Cataldo for all his hard work getting this thing tracked -and for his added vocals, former band-mate Tom Magee for coming in adding some keyboards, Tom Gordon at Imirage Sound Lab for mixing and mastering the CD, Addison Marsh for mixing our live shows, Cori Dunn for being our unofficial band mother, and of course Doug Kornbrust and True Story Records – without him this album would not be possible.

December 19th is the final musicians showcase, and holiday party, at Maytan for the Reno Music Project. Todd is looking at a few different venues, and will make an announcement when everything is finalized.

Yea, so if you didn’t notice we have redesigned our website. So what will you find here? Well, pretty much everything that has to do with The Critical Mass Band. You can purchase CD’s by clicking on the By CDs link, you can find out amazing facts about the band, and its and the guys in it – probably more than you should, or want, to know. We have a music player page where you can listen to some of the tracks, and even grab a widget to at to your Facebook page.

We will be adding new stuff all the time, so subscribe to our RSS Feed, add us to your Facebook, MySpace or Twitter. But most of all come see a show, or ask your favorite club when we will be playing.
